This design has a footprint of 1120 Sq Ft and measures 48’ by 24’; they can be placed on pillars under each container corner or a full basement.
Pillars have the advantage of low cost and reduced construction time.
Disadvantage of using pillars versus full basement; extra insulation under floor, missing a utility room, extra sq footage that can be used for family room, bedroom or workshop for the same property tax.
